Everyone here is held to a high set of standards, with the expectation(s) that they will hit their goals and perform with tenacity, persistence, and determination. All who work here are high-quality individuals that care deeply for the company's success, and I couldn't ask for a better team. With these standards comes: great and reliable pay, a professional working environment, rewards and promotions for exceptional work ethic and performance, as well as the rare ability to be treated as an adult. In addition, while everyone here works, and acts as a cohesive team, they’re retain their individual identities, and are treated as people, unlike many of our employers who use and discard their employees with alarming regularity
